The reason you go to a court of law is that partners can't work it out, now

you are really showing how you think of the ACC and our partnership.

A Conference is a team of schools that agree to work together for the betterment of all schools in it. It's supposed to be win-win, not win lose. You treat the ACC more like the competition in most if not all of your statements. If the rest of ND feels that way, it really is time to end this farce of mutual respect and partnership.
